Treasure Isle HOA Homeowners,
Inspector of Elections Gene Micheli managed opening the ballot envelopes and counting the votes to elect directors and ratify the 2021 Annual Meeting minutes and Tax Reduction Resolution. Mr. Micheli was ably assisted by Mses. Philbrick, Gilchrist, Klement and Campi.
The following are the results of the voting to elect three members to the board of directors and the ratification of the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes and the Tax Reduction Resolution at the Annual Meeting held on Thursday, August 18, 2022.

Mses. Byrne-Taylor and Williams and Mr. Liu are elected to the board of directors for terms of three years.
Ratification of the 2021 Annual Meeting minutes received 81 yes votes and zero no votes.
The Tax Reduction Resolution received 80 yes votes and 1 no vote.
