Dear Treasure Isle Residents,
As many of you may have noticed, one of your neighbors very rudely vandalized your common lawn with junk, namely a mattress and bed frame. Refer to the attachment.
This was a deliberate and thoughtless act of desecration.
Your HOA spends tens of thousands of dollars to ensure we have a pristine and healthy environment for our community.
When people unthinking and uncaringly desecrate our property, they are in effect devaluing our way of life, Therefore, they need to be and will be held accountable.
We, the HOA, spend several thousand dollars to remove these items for which the other responsible residents pay.

While this letter is not directed at any one resident, we hope it does land on the doorstep of the responsible party.
