Treasure Isle Residents, Treasure Isle is hosting a Halloween parade on October 31 at 5 PM, starting at Treasure Isle Cabana. Families, neighbors, and pets are invited to dress up in costumes and join the community walk around the block, with trick-or-treating along the way. Pets are welcome in their cutest or spookiest outfits.
